This return policy applies to all products and services offered by MOVITRIP S.R.L through the website, including physical products (books, oracle cards), digital products (e-books), and services (online coaching and personal development sessions).

1. Exercising the right of withdrawal for physical products

1.1. Withdrawal period

According to OUG 34/2014, "The consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without being required to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring other costs than those of transport for returning the products and any applicable bank fees."

1.2. Calculation of the withdrawal period

Without prejudice to Article 10 of OUG 34/2014, the withdrawal period mentioned in the previous point expires 14 days from: "the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the products."

1.3. Withdrawal procedure

Before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, the consumer must inform MOVITRIP S.R.L of their decision to withdraw from the contract by:

- Registered letter to: Bucharest, Sector 2, Str. Gheorghe Pop De Băsești Nr. 4, Et. P, Code 021367

For this purpose, the consumer may choose one of the following options:

- To use the model withdrawal form provided in Part B of the annex to OUG 34/2014

- To make any other unequivocal statement expressing their decision to withdraw from the contract

1.4. Return of physical products

The consumer is obliged to return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of communication of the termination of the contract, to the address MOVITRIP S.R.L.

Conditions for return:

- Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging

- Must contain all components and accessories with which they were delivered

- Must be accompanied by all documents (invoice, receipt)

1.5. Return costs

The consumer is obliged "to bear the direct cost of returning the products, the estimated cost of return is max. 30 lei."

1.6. Refund

The value of the returned product will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product intact, complete, sealed, and unused (including any gifts, bonuses), if the right of withdrawal has been exercised within the term.

MOVITRIP S.R.L may postpone the refund until the date it receives back the products.

1.7. Consumer responsibility

The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling it in a way other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If upon return of the products, damage, use, unsealing of the products, or missing any component or the original packaging is found, the seller is entitled to refuse to accept them, and the consumer is obligated to pay the equivalent of these.

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

2.1. Digital products (E-books)

According to Article 16 lit. m) of OUG 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: "the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer and after the consumer has confirmed that they lose the right of withdrawal."

By downloading and accessing the e-books, you confirm that:

- You have been informed that you will lose the right of withdrawal

- You agree to the immediate commencement of the performance

- You confirm that you understand and accept the loss of the right of withdrawal

2.2. Coaching and personal development services

For online coaching, mentoring, and personal development services offered, the right of withdrawal applies under the following conditions:

Services that have not commenced:

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

The refund will be made in full, according to the terms and conditions.

Services that have begun with your agreement:

If you explicitly requested the commencement of service provision before the expiration of the 14-day period, the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has begun.

You will be responsible for paying proportionally for the services already rendered.

3. Procedure for shipping physical products

3.1. Order processing

Books and oracle cards ordered are sent within a maximum of 4 working days after placing the order and confirming the payment, via rapid courier (UrgentCargus or similar services).

3.2. Delivery

On the day of delivery, the courier will contact you by phone to deliver the package to the address you provided when placing the order.

Responsibilities:

The accuracy and completeness of the provided data (address, phone, etc.) are your responsibility.

After the package is shipped, the responsibility for receiving it lies with you.

Check the package upon delivery and report any damages to the courier.

3.3. Delivery areas

We deliver in Romania through rapid courier services. For orders outside Romania, please contact us for information on costs and delivery times.

4. Defective or damaged products

4.1. Reporting issues

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, accompanying the message with clear photos of the issue.

4.2. Resolution

In the case of defective or damaged products:

- We will ensure a free replacement of the product

- Return costs will be borne by MOVITRIP S.R.L

- The replacement process will be completed within a maximum of 14 working days

5. Special policies for personalized products

5.1. Oracles and dedicated products

Personalized products or those with special dedications cannot be returned, except in cases where they are defective or damaged.

5.2. Combo packages

For packages that contain multiple products (physical + digital), the return policy applies only to the physical components, according to the conditions mentioned above.

7. Policy changes

MOVITRIP S.R.L reserves the right to modify this return policy. Any changes will be communicated on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.
